I’m certified with Balanced Body Inc., I strongly believe in their method of teaching as they are one of very few that are at the forefront of the Pilates methodology.
I currently teach Pilates Mat and I incorporate a lot of props such as Pilates arc, rollers, balance balls, small weights, Pilates rings.

FST ( Fascial Stretch Therapy) is a unique table-based manual technique to stretch the upper and lower body created by Ann Frederick and Chris Frederick. It is a very relaxing, no-pain approach to restoring your body from everyday life.
Marina started her journey with FST in 2017 and is currently holding a Fascial Stretch Specialist – Level 3 certification.

Many of us feel tight and restricted in certain areas, thinking our muscles are tight; however, the research states that the majority of restrictions come from jammed joints 47% of the time and tight fascia/muscles 41% ( Frederick, A., Frederick, C. Fascial Stretch Therapy, 2014).
The sessions are 60 min.
Recommendations:
2 times a week: 2 – 3 weeks
1 time a week: 2 – 4 weeks
After you can have an FST session once in 2 or 3 weeks to maintain your progress.
Pregnancy is a special period of time for women, there are a lot of myths and misinformation regarding pregnancy and staying active.
A lot of women have a fear that exercise can jeopardize the health and development of their baby. This is simply just not true. Some of the most common symptoms associated with being pregnant can be alleviated with a simple exercise routine; exercise can promote better sleep, prevent excessive weight gain, improve mood and energy levels and reduce aches and pains. As long as you have obtained your Doctor’s approval, an exercise program throughout your term will be very helpful.
Every woman is unique and every pregnancy can bring different challenges. Being a mother myself, I understand how challenging some things can be and how difficult it is to deal with everything pregnancy throws at us. It is my goal to use a multi-disciplinary approach to help women benefit from a custom exercise program.
It is important to have a support system during and after pregnancy and it would be an honor for me to be a part of this special time for you.
My Personal training service is unique. Individual work one-on-one is the best approach if exercising is something you have never done or if you want to come back from a long break to establish a new routine for yourself.
I offer in-home personal training in any room of your choice or the gym in your condominium. In-home personal training provides an exclusive experience: my clients workout in the comfort of a familiar environment, the workouts are effective, efficient and private. I use a lot of my own equipment to make your workouts more fun and varied as well as minimizing your investment in equipment. Our lives get very busy today so by having me come to you, a significant amount of time can be saved.
I specialize in multiple disciplines and I bring all of them to my clients’ workouts to maximize their results while keeping the client interested.
My mission is to make my clients successful in reaching their personal goals, whether that is focusing on losing weight, building muscle or simply to become stronger and improve flexibility and overall health.
