Marina has been a fitness professional since 2009 with experience in various disciplines ranging from Pilates, TRX and Resistance Training to Pre/Post Natal Fitness and FST.  She believes it is important to have a multi-disciplinary approach to health and fitness, as a one-system-fits-all approach will not promote longevity in your health and wellness routines.

Marina provides in-home personal training to make your exercise routines more time-efficient, private and comfortable. She doesn’t just tell you what to do, she teaches and explains to you how and why it is important.
